Human Resources Management Policy

At the heart of the Kisbu Human Resources Management Policy is the ability to adapt quickly to the fast-changing world of the 21st century.

Our Management Policy

Quick adaptation to a fast-changing world.

The Human Resources Management system we have built with this discipline proceeds in 5 key steps.

  • Goals and competencies are tracked continuously on a digital platform
  • The learning and development strategy is built on the 70 / 20 / 10 approach
  • Career maps are shared with employees every two years

Five key steps

Step 1

Human Resources Planning

Within the framework of the Kisbu Group strategic business plan, we determine human resources needs both qualitatively and quantitatively. Actions taken during the year are updated quickly when necessary.

Step 2

Recruitment, Placement & Orientation

Our recruitment and placement process is structured by position. Interviews for office roles generally have three stages. Every new employee receives orientation training specific to their position; after its successful completion, a six-month onboarding program begins.

  • Interviews
  • Case study
  • Personality inventory
Step 3

Performance Management

All office employees who complete six months successfully are included in the performance evaluation system. Goals and competencies are tracked continuously on a digital platform; a performance development plan is prepared for each employee and the process is carried out through instant feedback between manager and employee.

Step 4

Learning & Development

Kisbu's learning and development strategy is built on the 70 / 20 / 10 approach.

  • On-the-job training is tracked on a digital platform
  • Coaching and mentoring support is given to managers and manager candidates
  • Classroom training is organized online and offline
Step 5

Career and Talent Management

Standards for meeting the position needs of office and field teams are monitored regularly. Learning and development programs are applied to employees who need professional or behavioral development. After the career planning process held every two years, career maps are shared with employees. The talent areas of all employees are tracked; personalized development programs are applied to high-potential employees.
